ZillowVERIFIEDChristian was outstanding both when we bought the house and when we sold, which were within 18 months of each other due to work relocation. When we bought the house, the market was booming and Christian helped us navigate the craziness of multiple offers, over ask, wild terms, etc. We were moving from out of state and were able to do it all remotely due to Christian's willingness to go beyond what was expected. When we sold the house the market was more stagnant and Christian helped us navigate that as well getting us above our target price. We even had some unfortunate circumstances surrounding the sale of the home that were outside the control of ourselves and Christian related to permits for work from before we bought the home. This put us through the ringer, but Christian was there every step of the way going well above and beyond the required. When we had to move before the house sale, Christian literally took care of everything at the house. We couldn't have asked for better support throughout the process and I would highly recommend those that want high-touch assistance to not hesitate in selecting Christian to be their agent. We will definitely recommend to friends and family moving to the area and should we move back we will be using him again.
