ZillowVERIFIED Christian was absolutely fantastic to work with as we purchased our vacation home in Ocean Isle Beach while living out of state. From a distance, the process could have been overwhelming but she went above and beyond to handle so many of the local details for us, making everything feel seamless and stress-free. She consistently advocated for us during negotiations and always had our best interests in mind. Beyond that, she was a joy to spend time with, whether touring homes or talking through decisions. Her knowledge of the area was invaluable, and she helped us find the perfect vacation home while also sharing great recommendations to help us get settled. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Christian to anyone looking to buy in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Christian Kohler was hands-down the best decision we made during our search for a condo at Sunset Beach. From our very first discussions, it was clear that she was genuinely committed to finding us exactly what we wanted. We had a lot of questions throughout the process but Christian was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain clear answers. Her knowledge of the local market is unmatched. What impressed us most was her responsiveness. She is efficient to answer emails and texts. If she doesn't know an answer to a question, she'll find that answer and respond quickly. Thanks to Christian's expertise and dedication, we are now enjoying the perfect condo for us, one which we absolutely love. If you are looking for a professional, honest, and hardworking realtor who will truly advocate for you, look no further. We cannot recommend Christian Kohler highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Christian was great to work. She kept us up to update throughout the entire process. Christian, as our purchaser Realtor in NC, worked with our seller Realtor in Florida to help coordinate everything along the way. We used her as dual agent between us and the couple we purchased from. This allowed for quicker communication between us and the seller. Very good experience. There is no way we could have done this without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Christian Kohler is bright, professional, and hardworking. From the moment I saw her clever billboard, through our first meeting, many showings, the offer to buy, closing and beyond, she paid rapt attention to my input, spoke succinctly, reflected accurately, and was kind and generous with her time. During the showings, she made appointments to maximize our productivity and was able to quickly adjust them on the go to fit our pace. She is knowledgeable, ethical, and knows the real estate market in the area well. Christian is dedicated and aspirational, which her many awards and realtor service commitments demonstrate. I have been more than satisfied with my experience working with her and plan to do so in the future. You wont regret choosing to work with Christian, a superhero among realtors!

ZillowVERIFIED Christian was fantastic to deal with. My wife and I purchased a plot of land sight unseen and from over a thousand miles away. The process was made extremely easy because of her abilities and her dedication. She is hard working and will not be satisfied until you are. I would highly recommend hiring Christian for any sale or purchase you would be considering. We were in constant communication, and she returned calls promptly if we left message. We couldn't have asked for a better Real Estate Professional.
