When it comes to advertising and marketing he knows what hes doing! He has the ability to get your listing in front of a large audience very quickly while also generating a lot of hype and interest. Our house sold after only two days of being on market, for over asking price, to the first couple who scheduled a walk through. He also donates a small portion of his commission to a local charity. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving to Howell from several hours away and Christian was invaluable in making this process clear and smooth. He helped us narrow our possibilities in a very hot market so that we could come to town and view several in a day. He was encouraging and perceptive in what might work for us. We selected our house and put in an offer that day, which he guided us through to make sure we got it. Everything worked out and he continued to be available and helpful through every step of the inspection and closing. Especially being so far away, this was a challenging time, but Christian stayed in close communication to the very end, and even afterward checked in as we moved. We are so thankful for this professionalism and attentiveness and cannot recommend him highly enough.

The house sold in a matter of hours, above asking price, with multiple offers. Then in purchasing a new house, he always answered any questions that we had, gave great advice when it came to making offers, and helped us purchase our dream home!
