I met Mr. Christian the same day my previous agent told me I needed to find a different agent. I requested a tour, and Christian scheduled a walkthrough the very same day. Within about two hours, I was touring my first property. Hiring Christian was one of the best decisions I made during my homebuying journey. I truly believe I would not have been able to close without his help. When my first lender did not approve my income, Christian quickly pivoted and connected me with other lending options. At one point, we even had two lenders reviewing my file to make sure every opportunity was explored. Christian ultimately placed me in the hands of a great mortgage company, and that experience turned out to be amazing as well. Throughout the entire process, Christian was proactive, supportive, and determined to help me succeed. I'm extremely grateful for his dedication and guidance.

I met Christian after being referred to him through my bank's 3rd party referral service, but had I had a choice, I would have ended up choosing him anyway. Christian was knowledgeable and approachable. He has a ton of patience and made this first-time homebuyer's experience relatively painless. He was skillful in steering me away from homes that I now know would not have worked for my family and was enthusiastic when I found the home I eventually ended up purchasing. Even after the process was complete, he was available and helpful in answering my questions. I would definitely refer people to Christian for his help with any of their buying or selling needs!

Christian was very knowledgeable, helpful and tireless in my pursuit of a multifamily in the Milwaukee area. He responded promptly too, a very important quality in a real estate professional. If I could give him 10 stars I would! Highly recommend.

Christian was always available or returned calls quickly during the process of selling our property. He knows what personal service is all about. My only regret is that we do not have any other transactions coming up. We will miss his friendly voice and advice.
