ZillowVERIFIED This was a very complicated sale of our property located in Fern Acres. The property was owned by 6 of our family members, 5 living in CA and the other living in CO. We had to provide 2 death certificates, a divorce decree from 1981and other numerous pieces of documentations. Christi was SO helpful, calling to give us updates, great guidance on sale price along with fantastic help on the art of negotiating on our counteroffer! Being 2500 miles apart was pretty tricky but working with Christi made it quite seamless. We did have numerous issues with the HI title company, but Christi was a great liaison and was able to untangle some of the messes that the title company created. In the end, you have extremely satisfied sellers, and we are looking forward to selling another lot adjacent to the one we just sold and dealing with Christi once again!

Ultimately it was what led us to choose her over the other agents.We had a unique property which made it difficult to find good comps and Christi clearly recognized that when sending comps and determining recommended listing price. Our experience interviewing other "top" agents on Hawai'i was nothing short of disappointing (and boarderline shocking honestly) - no replies to calls and emails, missed appointments with no notice, laughable comp evaluations and recommended listing prices far lower than the best comps we could find ourselves. (We sold for 35%+ more than one top agent "with a TV show" recommended we list at!). Another agent recommended the same selling price in 2022 as she did in 2019 when our parents spoke with her - The market was up 30%+ during that time.In short, I would highly recommend Christi and would use her again in a heartbeat!
