I worked with Haley Wagner with the Christi Hill Company. Haley was amazing! My sister and I inherited a 100-year-old house in a very rural part of NC that was in fair condition, at best. Haley's enthusiasm and dedication to selling it never wavered, even though it was on the market for months. This was not a big sell and her commission was not big, either. Haley never acted as if the property was not worth her time and effort. She kept us apprised of everything happening and made great recommendations to move forward and get it sold. She is professional, kind, so smart, and very savvy. I would highly recommend Haley as a realtor who goes above and beyond what is expected. Thanks Haley for making this process as smooth as it could have been.

ZillowVERIFIED Christi took care of the sale of our house after we moved to a different state and had a rough experience trying to rent it out for several years. She was on the ball and very responsive from beginning to end, and took care of organizing repairs, lawn care, and all the logistics involved in selling a house. It was really a painless process because of her hard work- definitely worth every penny!

ZillowVERIFIED Outstanding, easy to work with and funny. Highly recommend. She works late and puts her clients first. Helped us first time buyers through the fog and come out with a great house. We were able to buy under appraised value and close when we wanted. She had great communication skills with us and the sellers agent.

ZillowVERIFIED She was wonderful to work with. Positive and realistic. She gave us feedback and direction months prior to being ready to list as we were preparing the house. Once it listed, we received 3 offers within a week, and one was above asking price. We chose her because she helped two different neighbors go under contract within a week the year before. And she was able to do the same for us. Would use her again! In fact, we did, for our rental property in Jacksonville. That one just went under contract too.

ZillowVERIFIED Christi was recommended to us from a personal friend. My friend spoke very highly of Christi's ability to find their home and guide them through the mountain of a task of home buying. After speaking with her, my confidence in her ability to find our home and see us through the process was solidified. Christi was confident, available, honest, friendly, and very proficient and I plan on recommending her to my friends in future for any of their home buying needs. If you are looking for a great real estate agent, look no further than Christi Hill... as my wife would say, our unicorn-finder.

ZillowVERIFIED Living on the West Coast and trying to buy a house on the East Coast was a frightening thought. Lucky for us Christi Hill was referred to us. Before arriving in North Carolina Christi had asked us to email her some homes we interested in. Christi wanted to see what type of home would be a good fit for us. On our very first day viewing houses with Christi we found our new home. With the time difference Christi always made herself available to us no matter what day or time. She worked hard to ensure the entire process went smoothly. Christi is knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. Without question we highly recommend Christi Hill. Thank you Christi!!

ZillowVERIFIED If there was an option to give more than 5 stars I would. Christi literally goes above and beyond to make the selling process a breeze. My husband and I were both first time sellers and Christi did everything she could to put us at ease and to make this entire process easy. I cannot thank you and your team enough for all you did for us, yall are so appreciated. Christi and her team have excellent knowledge of the area, and the values of homes, and is constantly watching the markets so she can best advise you on how to price your home. If you are looking to sell your home, and youre not listing with Christi you are selling yourself short! I will certainly be using you again. Thanks again Christi

ZillowVERIFIED Christi made selling our house even easier than we could ever have imagined. We weren't sure if we should attempt to sell or if we should just rent. She explained our options and made the decision an easy choice. 6 days on the market and we were under contract. Can't say that it was ONLY because Christi was our realtor but she did everything she could to make it happen. SOCIAL MEDIA is where she is at. And if you are a Linkin Park fan, she is definitely the realtor for you. Make her your realtor and she will explain the joke. LOL

ZillowVERIFIED I was just relocating to the area and had pretty specific things that I was looking for. After looking at a couple places she had a good idea of what I was looking for and we shifted to looking at new construction homes and found the right location and builder. Overall it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to refer or use Christi again in the need arose.

ZillowVERIFIED Christi and her team were phenomenal. We had issues with an initial buyer and she helped us navigate having to put the house back on the market and was able to get us a new buyer quickly. I think her eye for staging a home and her knowledge of the area is the reason our house sold as quickly as it did, for as much as it did.

ZillowVERIFIED Christie handled out entire sale from 1,200 miles away and made it painless. When our Home had previously sat vacant for more than a year on a previous attempt to sell, she helped us price it right this time and it closed in three months with us only discounting the price .003%. Honestly.
