While it is a stressful process, Christa did everything she could to make it as easy as possible. She was always early, whether it was for an inspection, final walk through, etc. I was very happy with the purchase and with all of her help. She was also available nearly any time, day or night. This made the whole process go smoothly and is something I really appreciated. She was very accommodating of my schedule and went above and beyond what was necessary. ZillowVERIFIED We have dealt with Christa for 3 years, first with renting and then the eventual sale of our home. I have dealt with many realtors over my lifetime but it is rare to find one as knowledgeable and dedicated as her. She always kept in touch without being reminded and that is so important. Selling one's home is a stressful and personal experience and when you find someone as hard working as Christa, it is very comforting. ZillowVERIFIED We had met Christa at an open house, and even though I had several other realtors to choose from, we chose Christa to continue our home search. She has a warm and friendly personality and she made our adventure of buying a home both an exciting and comfortable experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave us advice regarding property values and market trends which was important to us as we were considering flipping the home after several years. We found one of the best deals on the market such that as we approached the closing, other realtors were asking if we were going through with the purchase because their clients were interested! After the sale, Christa's expertise and network of contractors and vendors proved so valuable as we began our remodelling project. Her full time commitment to her profession and her experience cannot be understated. We plan to use Christa for all our future real estate needs and have referred her to our friends and family.
