Thankfully, Christa didn't pressure us, gave us a home evaluation and was very helpful with our many, many questions! When we were ready we knew we wanted to work with someone that respected us as first time sellers and who knew the area and market. She counseled us on everything from the process of buying and selling, how our home would best look for a buyer, all the costs included, ect. We had something come up in selling our home that was a bit stressful and she came to the rescue and took over providing us with the peace necessary to continue our packing and moving without unnecessary stress. We knew without a doubt that we would not have been able to have such a great transition if it weren't for Christa and her team.
