Selling my home with Associate Realty was one of the best experiences that I've had with a Real Estate Company. And I've had quite a few. Johnette, my listing agent, was very professional, knowledgable and always kept me updated on the whole process as I got my rental property ready for sale. She got the house listed quickly, at a fair price, showed it several times the first week with 3 offers coming in. Needless to say it sold quickly. We discovered Chrissi by a mailer we received about another property that was being sold by Chrissi in the vicinity. We had never received this type of aggressive advertising on a property and that caused us to contact Chrissi for our property sale.We also chose to list with Chrissi because of her professional demeanor, her knowledge of the real estate selling process, her organized presentation to us at our first meeting and the advanced selling tools that Re/Max offered for selling property. These included photographing of our property, aerial photos of the property boundaries, and a video showing the inside of our residence. At our first meeting, Chrissi provided us with a complete written package explaining the full process of selling our property.Ms. Jasso appraised our property and had the property listed in a very timely manner. It was listed everywhere that is should be listed to expedite the sale and we received offers in a very timely manner. We finally negotiated and accepted one of those offers and began the process of closing on our sale.All went well on the closing until the lender for the buyer decided to require at the last minute that we make a change to the title on our property that was totally unacceptable. This last minute change after four weeks of inspections was unprofessional and not a normal requirement of a lending institution. We refused this last minute demand and were ready to abort this closing. Chrissi stepped in and salvaged the sale by finding a new lender that would accept all of the inspections that were completed and two weeks later we closed at our original agreed price. Chrissi had already sold our mother's home after my mom's passing and we received a good price for the sale. Chrissi had also sold the home of one of my sisters and the sale went through quickly without a hitch. When my husband and I put our house on the market, the house had several factors working against the sale, primarily location on a busy road and having only 1 and 1/2 baths. Chrissi put in a lot of work staging the home and giving us sound advice on the pricing. As a result, we got the offer we needed and the sale went through flawlessly. I am not sure that we would have gotten these same good results if we had chosen another realtor. We had to try and track down a title for a mobile home that was on the property that was built before 1976 HUD required proper stamps with serial numbers on the frame. Although in this case we were not successful in locating it, Chrissi's Team was very helpful trying to locate one. If you are looking to sell a home in Lake Wales, I would definitely recommend Chrissi.

Chrissi is a hustler and a hard worker. With her no nonsense attitude she was able to sell my home fast. She delivered on her word. After having several agents fall short even before giving me their presentation, Chrissi came to my house and gave me her presentation and a week later we signed to work together. As soon as we walked out of the house to put the sign on my lawn, she got a text message that she had someone that wanted to see my house.
