Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Have a buyer's real estate broker on your team. They will work in your best interest.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Seek the guidance of an experienced real estate broker.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

I work with buyers, sellers, and real estate investors.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

I recently helped a family reach their goal of homeownership. They had been trying to purchase a home for over 15 years. We met at an open house. They became my clients and 40 days later, they were homeowners. They shared their story with me after the closing. We all cried together. We are forever connected. We are family!

Q: 5. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I got started in real estate by helping homeowners who were facing foreclosure. I would research programs for foreclosure prevention. It sparked a passion within me and I became a real estate broker.

Q: 6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I specialize in working with first time homebuyers.
