He also raised the idea of paving the gravel parking spot, then later confirmed that paving was not permitted. With this new information, I realized the home was not the right choice for us. For every home we toured after that, Chris was incredibly observant and essentially acted as a preliminary inspector. He gave us the confidence to make informed decisions and avoid costly mistakes.
