We then realized the house was not selling and we could have ask the seller for a price cut of 20-30k. Basically we lost at least 70k on this sale. Chris did not make one single attempt to go and see the property, he made so many excuses. He also advice us to avoid getting an inspection. The house had flooding issues, damage every where, most appliances where broken. We lost so much money! Sure he made a good gain out of our loss. Please, chose another realtor.
