Chris in his sincere way will advise you in what needs to get done to generate the most value from your home. What separates his team from the others is that he provides you the tools to get the job done... Tools like a prof. photographer, who put together an exquisite slide show/ vid. For the purpose of posting on social media and other Realtors. Another tool he offers is a prof. interior designer who knows how to put just the right touches for purposes of staging the home to sell while appealing to more clients. Surprisingly these services are provided at no cost to the client, but rather Chris himself investing in the client, proving he's in it with you. In my case the teams marketing initiatives and experience proved to be a winning recipe when the results of our first open house were five solid written offers & the property only a day on the market. Negotiating is a skill, one well demonstrated by Chris ability to get 15k over asking price. The contract phase for me is daunting and stressful because usually its also the packing stage... But not this time, I never had a closing where I didn't speak to the lawyer or closing agent during the contract process, I didn't have to Gail his transaction professional was always one step ahead leading me to a seamless closing. All docs needed were requested at the listing which paid off in the contract phase... So let me end as I started "What can I say?" Except that "The Woodard GroupaEUR? is the difference between ordinary and extraordinary... MY final thought and perhaps advice would be- Listen, & Trust & Execute what they ask even if uncomfortable at times, and the next great review will be someone else as happy as I am with the team and the results.
