We chose to work with Chris based on his stellar reviews, so I'm going to add to his fan club. We first began working with Chris prior to moving to Orlando. While buying a home in another state felt daunting, Chris took all the stress out of the situation. He stayed in touch via phone, text, and email, answering all of our questions and sending us progress photos/videos of the house along the way. When it was time to close, Chris provided tips during the walk-through and explained closing documents/procedures. Fast-forward two years, we contacted Chris to sell our current home and purchase a new one. As someone who is a micromanager in certain aspects, I fully relinquished all control to Chris during this process. He took on all the details of selling and buying (keeping us on track with deadlines and forms) so we could focus on packing and moving. He even added some water to our beloved aquatic frogs tank while we were out of town during showings aEUR" incredible client service!
