Chris did an *amazing* job selling my Riverpark home. I was unable to be physically present during any of the process, and Chris took care of everything. Before we put the house on the market, he worked with my flooring contractor to get the floors redone, and he also took care of bringing in a painter, an electrician, and a plumber to get some last-minute repairs done. He even took care of some of the cleaning himself. When the buyer came back after inspection with a laundry list of things to fix, Chris coordinated with vendors to address their concerns, and he literally did the handyman work himself at no additional charge. At closing when I couldn't remember which of the 40 or so mailboxes on the street was ours, he went and figured it out by trial and error. So I know firsthand that Chris works *really* hard for his clients. Chris was always available to answer questions and guide me through the process, and always kept me in the loop. He was extremely knowledgeable about Riverpark and was always willing to go the extra mile. I always felt like I had 100% of his attention, even though I knew from online searches that he had other properties on the market. I strongly recommend Chris. If I had another house to sell in Oxnard, I would choose him again in an instant.L

Chris did an amazing job handling our houses. He was very professional, honest and timely in all aspects of our experience. He helped coordinate the house repairs needed on our first house and had it sold the first day listed. He then did the same thing on our other house and had it sold the first day listed. He helped negotiate when it was needed during the process and handled our aspects with the highest levels of integrity. Chris handled the sale of my condo. It had previously been listed and didn't generate a single offer until the last week of the first listing. That offer was for 30k less than the asking price. I took the condo off the market for 5 months during the holidays and put it back On the market with Chris for 6k more than the listing price I had at the end of the previous listing. While plenty of marketing and effort went into the first listing there was no real movement. I realize the market changes all the time and condition such as inventory in a desirable neighborhood will impact sales I was very pleased with how Chris handled the whole process. We had an offer within the first week of listing at full asking price. The whole sale process was very smooth and no issues occurred. I couldn't be happier with the service, responsiveness and knowledge that Chris provided.
