Chris Westwood

Chris Westwood immigrated from Fareham, England to Westlake Village in 1982 with his parents and two younger sisters. Leaving everything they knew behind, the Westwood family sought and realized a better opportunity for themselves, when his father went on to found and build a small business in the area. Chris is now a thirty five-year native of the Conejo Valley and is proud to serve the community and it's surrounding areas. In his rare free moments, Chris enjoys spending time with his two children Cameron & Colette, following European Football, cooking, photography, wine tasting and enjoying the outdoors. Chris specializes in residential real estate sales in the areas he knows well and loves - the Conejo Valley, Calabasas, Moorpark, Simi and Camarillo. Whether helping individuals in the quest for a first home, or working with investors to acquire that prime investment property, to guiding people through the sometimes emotional process of selling their homes, or helping a family establish new roots in a new community, Chris treats every client with the same level of passion, personal touch and professionalism.
