ZillowVERIFIED Chris was great! I worked with two other realtors before him, and he is miles ahead in comparison. He was very knowledgeable, and his response time was lightning fast. The longest I waited for a reply was around an hour (compared to over four hours, a couple of days and no response at all with the other two realtors). Even when he was busy, he still found time to answer my questions and look at houses with me. He genuinely cared that I got the house that worked best for me and fit my budget. Chris was honest and a straight shooter. He didn't try to up sell me or sugar coat the facts. I would highly recommend Chris for your buying and selling needs. In a few years if I decide to sell my house, I will be calling Chris Wermer!!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris has sold (2) houses for me. Although we are in a Sellers Market my houses were more challenging, they were Multi Unit Investment Properties that could also be residential homes. Chris used his professional expertise and listed both properties showing potential buyers the advantages of making the house a home or the house a home with income possibility. Both Properties pended within days of the listing! Chris took exceptional care of every aspect of the transaction concerns quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Chris. ZillowVERIFIED From the very beginning when I first met Chris through another transaction of real estate I was trying to make I met him through a client of his and we hit it off extremely well Chris went to bat for me he went and found financing for me he put a deal together that was Unorthodox in comparison to his regular real estate duties he answered every question I had he contacted the The seller the financer he did all the legwork I couldnt be more pleased with Chris and in the future I will use him again and he comes highly recommended by Me.. Hes not afraid to except 11 PM calls or 6 AM calls give him a try it will be a great experience

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was truly an amazing guy from the moment my wife and I met him. You can tell he really has a passion for what he does. The ability to sit there and search with you going to each and every home that you expressed interest in and really getting into it. He will go corner to corner wall to wall top the bottom with you he is very detailed. He went down to a very creepy basement with me and checked everything out. It was great. He is truly responsive in every way no matter what time of the night you had a question, or a listing that you wanted to share he was right there. Finding someone who has a good heart and will do the right thing by you and for you, it is very rare. And Christopher Wermer presented that right off the bat. He is there for the person who is wanting to buy a home. Not just a house. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and give it to you straight when things don't look right. He strives to make sure that you as a buyer are able to invest in something that will give you longevity and what would make you happy. He worked with us in every aspect and I was very pleased with everything that he was able to do. He helped me and my wife that just recently got married find a home that we can start our life and begin to grow. And I've met quite a bit of realtors during the process. However Chris is someone you should choose as a great representation in home buying. I'm very thankful to have him with me every step of the way.
