Adam was great to work with. He was responsive and worked with us every step of the way. He was a critical part of preparing our home for the current market. We brainstormed and came up with a plan to get the most money for our home. He always returned calls promptly and checked in. He sold a house around the corner in a few weeks so I was confident he knew the area and if anyone knew of interested parties in our neighborhood he would. He looked for every advantage in marketing and presentation of our home. He hired a fantastic photographer and assisted in the preparation. The pictures looked superb. Or house sold in less than 3 weeks and for full asking price. I am a hard person to impress. The initial interview up to and after the sale was complete Adam was straight with us. Even when he sensed what he was going to tell us was not what we wanted to hear. It is rare you find a professional who is down to earth yet has all of the skills and track record to help you reach your goals. I am impressed and know i made the right choice.
