ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I worked with Chris's partner Deb Vesling, and we cannot recommend her HIGHLY enough! She was amazing from beginning to end. We had a somewhat small budget for the area we were trying to get into, and she stuck with us until we found the perfect home. But that was the easy part compared to what followed. We fell in love with a "short" sale, which she warned us would be anything but, and man was she right! It took us over 5 months from offer to close, and again, she was with us every step of the way. She laughed with us and cried with us (literally!), all the while answering every question we had and fighting every battle with the seller on our behalf (and unfortunately there were quite a few). She has the patience of a saint, the tenacity of a bulldog, and she's just an all around nice person to work with. You won't be disappointed.
