Chris is great to work with. He knows this area well. He priced our house right, and it ended up selling over asking price to the very first customer that viewed the property. I highly recommend Chris for your realtor -- he will do an excellent job for you.

Chris invested significant effort to get to know my wife and I, to understand our motivation for wanting to sell, and what was important to us in selling our home of 36 years. He viewed our listing not as a transaction, but as a relationship. Knowing it was an emotional process for us, Chris was patient and understanding. His command of the market and the process is outstanding. In the end, Chris helped us understand the difference between high and low quality offers, which are not always measured by price. We are grateful for Chris's service...and wish we had more homes to sell!

We had a wonderful experience selling our previous home and buying our new home with Chris. He was always professional, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent, especially in the Forest Lake and North Metro area!
