Chris did the advising as how to stage the house for sale and followed up with photographing (including use of a drone, impressive!) the property. Subsequently, it was put into the system for presentation to the Realtor community and bingo the prospective buyers lined up at the front door. Had multiple offers on day 2 and sold the house at asking price plus a sliver. Isnt that what you want? ZillowVERIFIED Everybody has a Realtor friend who will cut them a deal on agent costs. Don't do it, get Chris Schulhof! If I could rate Chris a 6/5 I would. Our house was on the market for nearly 5 months with decent activity. We had 42 showings and 8 second showings. One offer that didn't make it to a contract.We brought on Chris and within three days we had a showing and he sold the house with the first people that walked through. He attended the showing, communicated with the realtor before and after the showing, and laid out acceptable terms for an offer. Done.Not so fast.The home inspector brought up some legitimate issues and one issue that was going to cost tens of thousands of dollars. Chris went into over drive. He involved his personal network and got people involved who could help. In the end, we arrived at a deal that was reasonable for everyone involved. I cannot say enough good things. Chris was super responsive, in fact, I would say I felt like his only client. Which is funny because our house was not one of his million dollar listings. Just an average family with an average home in Fishers. We didn't deserve top level attention, but we got it anyway.Chris is incredible, I cannot thank him enough.
