ZillowVERIFIEDChris was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me. A great combination. He walked me through comps, listened to my thoughts and ideas, and we made it happen. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris was amazing! We were first-time homebuyers and moving states, and he was so helpful with everything. He walked us through all the steps and made sure we understood what was going on throughout the process. And he really took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and helped us find some real gems to choose from. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Chris was amazing. After dealing with a couple agents before that were of no help, I reached out to Chris and he was able to get my family and I into a home with ease - the first house we put an offer in with him at that! In a highly competitive, its important to have someone who is very responsive and understands how to negotiate - Chris provides all of that and more. Highly recommend working with Chris when looking for your home.
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is a really nice guy, but a terrible realtor. I would have paid a lot more for my house if I followed his advice. He repeatedly tried to dissuade me from getting inspections completed to my satisfaction. It became shockingly clear just how inexperienced and unknowledgeable he was after I put an offer down. He couldnt even get the sellers agent to return his phone calls, despite working for the same brokerage. I deeply regret not firing Chris. He made my first home buying experience awful.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had recently moved to Michigan and am a first-time homebuyer. Chris was actually referred to me from a different realtor I was initially scheduled to do a tour with. I had no clue what to expect but was so relieved when we met. Chris is one of the most personable and genuine people I've met. I always felt he had my best interests in mind from the way he communicated day and night as well as his creativity when it came to negotiations, Chris truly advocates on behalf of his clients. He never tried to rush anything and always made sure I was making the most informed decision possible, even when it came to the smallest of issues. When it came to repairs being done and I wasn't able to be present, I knew Chris had everything handled. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first home, and I hope that Chris is still in this business for my next real-estate transaction!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris helped me find my very first investment property in Metro Detroit! As an out of state investor I relied heavily on Chris's expertise in the area as well as his own investment experience. He was extremely attentive, responded quickly, and paid attention to my specific property criteria, which I imagine can be more challenging since I'm an investor. During the buying process, Chris was tremendously helpful to protect my investment and paid special attention to detail to get me the best deal possible. I was on vacation when we submitted the offer and when it was accepted so I had to rely on him to help me with the walkthrough as well as helping me keep track of all the things I needed to do leading up to closing. And he went above and beyond and did a fantastic job! When I closed, I flew up to see the property and he walked through it with me a couple of times with a great eye for rehab ideas and showed me around the neighborhood. I've had a true 5-star experience working with Chris and hope to do many more investment deals together in the future!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris was recommended to me by a family friend who had recently purchased a house through him. To start, I couldn't recommend someone better, Chris is very professional and had incredible determination to find me the best house right from the get-go. Which he did! I was a first-time home buyer in an absolutely insane market.. so this was completely new to me from start to finish. Chris was able to identify exactly what I was looking for in a house and get back to me with an organized list of houses for us to view in a schedule that worked best for me that also aligned with my budget. The process was very smooth overall and found me an incredible home in a very timely manner. The process couldn't have been smoother! Definitely recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDAbsolutely phenomenal. We shopped for a home for six months in the crazy sellers market of early 2021. No inventory, skyrocketing prices. Chris walked us through every detail of writing complex offers that were competitive, without getting into an outright bidding war. Chris is a Detroit specialist, and knows every neighborhood of the city. But we ended up shopping (all of) the suburbs, and Chris drove out to every property and met us with energy, enthusiasm, and prepared to talk about every aspect of the property and local market conditions. We ended up getting our dream house at a most excellent price. Will go straight to Chris next time I am buying, selling, or renting.
ZillowVERIFIEDReview Chris is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with! He is dedicated and is extremely knowledgeable. He understood exactly what myself as a client needed. He is proficient at what he does, has great intellectual and interpersonal skills. Confident! He knows how to make a connection with his clients. Chris has a great attitude, positive perspective and is very personable. Excellent time management skills, efficient communication skills. Has an amazing networking team. Location to me is everything and because of Chris I have a beautiful home within my childs school district. Working with Chris has been a breeze , I couldnt be more satisfied. It was a pleasure working with you. Thank you so very much!
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a first time homebuyer in Detroit, Chris was incredibly helpful and responsive during the process, fielding text messages and calls day and night. He advocated for my wife and I during negotiation as well as following up on repairs. Chris is very friendly and professional - its been great to get to know and work with him, and I definitely look forward to working with him again!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris was super helpful in the home buying process, especially being a first time buyer and buying in Detroit (University District). He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer our (many) questions, no matter how broad or specific. He advocated strongly on our behalf during negotiations while maintaining a kind and positive attitude, and was a joy to work with. Specifically, he helped us ensure repairs to the house were paid for by the sellers, which made closing and moving in that much less stressful. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDChris was absolutely AMAZING to work with! Very accommodating with our crazy schedules and always available to talk via phone or text whenever we had any questions! Were so thankful and blessed we had him through this roller coaster process of buying our first home! ??
ZillowVERIFIEDChris is very knowledgeable with the home buying process and he was extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. He really cared about getting me the right fact and helping me make a smart decision. I could tell he genuinely cared. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking to buy or sell.
