Chris was an amazing realtor. I met him at an open house and it turned out to be the best decision to use him as a realtor. I was new to Modesto, CA where I was planning to buy my new home and he was very knowledgeable about the city. He took his time with me, was very responsive to every call. He even sold my home at the time and he came with strategies to get it sold so we can drop the contingency off my future new home. He had open houses every weekend even though I lived over an hour away. Even after closing, he has checked in.
