Chris Ripperger

Chris studied business at Vincennes University, and later Hospitality and Food Management at Ball State University. After college, Chris proceeded to pursue a career in the upscale luxury hotel environment. Passionate about top notch customer service, and after working his way up into a leadership position, the transition into a career as a full time REALTOR® was a natural one. Chris earned his real estate license and joined the team at Coldwell Banker Putnam Real Estate Center in January of 2013. Motivated to grow and by his desire to become more competitive in the Indianapolis market, Chris joined Monteith Realty Group with the F.C. Tucker Company in March of 2015, and later the Monteith Legault Real Estate Company in January 2018. Chris truly loves representing all of his clients, and he deeply understands the importance of both buying and selling a home financially and emotionally. During each transaction, Chris fills as many necessary roles for his clients as possible - educator, guide, facilitator, confidant, and negotiator. Because of his attention to detail, patience, availability, and listening skills, Chris enthusiastically guides his clients carefully through every element of the transaction with care, compassion, and a high level of integrity.
