I'm Chris Riggsby, a Kentucky REALTORA(R) and Associate Broker with Dream Maker Realty in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, where I also serve as Office Manager.

With more than seven years of real estate experience, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers across 36 counties throughout Kentucky. My experience includes residential homes, land, investment properties, vacation homes, and helping first-time buyers navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

I proudly serve Eastern and Central Kentucky, including Mount Sterling, Winchester, Morehead, Stanton, Owingsville, and the surrounding communities. I also enjoy helping clients discover opportunities near Cave Run Lake and the Red River Gorge.
