She put it on the market, but life got in the way and I was unable to keep it listed. We kept in touch briefly throughout the next 6 years and when I was definitely ready to list it again, I didn't hesitate to contact her. The house was listed as coming soon and we got an offer that we could not turn down. Chris offers a free deep clean with her clients before the first showing. Since that did not happen, she offered the deep clean before the final walk through. I was able to see the work her cleaners did and it was beautiful!! I have moved out of her area, but would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a hard working realtor.
