Ahmed is always easy to reach via text/phone/email and was able to setup an in-person showing within a short notice. He proactively worked with the landlord to share new apartment availabilities and setup a second showing, but unfortunately I could not go there in person due to Covid. However, he was still able to take a video/do a virtual visit, which helped me decide on going ahead with that unit. The paperwork process was also easy, with Ahmed following up with the landlord to ensure that the process is completed in a timely manner. Overall, he is very professional, prompt, and reliable and I wholly recommend working with him.
