Chris just represented me in selling my two family home in Bayonne. He was the listing agent on that home when I bought it a few years ago, and it was the second home he showed me at that time. I realized then that he had really listened and heard me when I told him what I was looking for. I knew that I would call Chris again when it was time to sell. And when I did make that call, he had my home under contract and in escrow in a week. Chris has knowledge of the market, the people and the business that is unmatched. Escrows have bumps, they always do, and Chris always knows who to call and how to deal with what comes up. And through it all he remains calm and positive.
