When they finally selected the one the process was really quick.I used Chris to sell a house, again she was awesome. She helped us with finding people to get the house ready for sale (painters, general contractor type etc.). Then she had open houses every Sunday until the right buyer came through. That process went quickly as well. Then about a year and a half later I decided to purchase a home. I Immediately contacted Chris via email in January or February. She responded right away, I told I wanted to move in July or August, she suggested I wait until April or May to start looking. I found several properties I was interested in. Chris took me to the ones I wanted to see. Finally I found the right one, negotiated and got it. Chris helped me through the whole process.
