ZillowVERIFIED Chris is amazing. He helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was definitely not out to make a quick buck with us. On more than one occasion he advised against moving forward with certain homes because he knew more about the neighborhood or some other factor that wasn't a good match for us. He could have easily put us into a place that was not a good fit. Our criteria evolved as we looked at different homes but Chris never grew impatient with us. Our budget was limited but we were set on a single family home. All said and done and we ended up with a great SFH in a nice neighborhood (Chris is also really knowledgeable about many different neighborhoods in so cal). Thanks again Chris!
