My name is Chris Montalvo, I am the broker/owner of Mirabal Montalvo & Associates here in the City of Corpus Christi and Houston, Texas for over 14 years. I deal almost exclusively with Investment and REO properties and currently a member of National REO Broker Association (NRBA). The bulk of my business consists of real estate rehabs, new construction, REO sales, redevelopment/ gentrification of neighborhoods, and wholesale properties in all cities.
