Review He got us our house. Our daughter-in-law saw the listing in the morning, he got my husband in to see it right away and put in the offer that same day. He had the trick that did it after losing homes to higher bidders with another realtor. Spent the time and showed us everything we wanted to check out. Stuck with us even though we were kind of picky.

Review Chris is the epitome of a professional. He helped me schedule viewings for over 20 houses prior to finding "the one". The entire time, he was providing me a world full of information regarding what to look for when buying a home, the in's and out's, what to avoid, etc. He was not just knowledgeable about purchasing a house, but helped me in answering questions about warranty services, insurance, inspection, and everything else that went into buying a home. We realized that our property came to be flood zone and he had many practical suggestions out of which one worked to get it out of the flood zone and we also kept the offer we had on the property. The links that he gave me for my home that contained all of the phones for utilities, gas, police, train station, etc... was very helpful, and the images that he gave me of the area of where we were doing the house searching (before I found my house) were also very helpful. Chris can do better on negotiation. I was caught off guard on the "as is" condition that the seller put. We could've removed it. This is also partly my fault for not catching it. But overall, the sale went very well and I have no issues. But for future customers, Chris can protect his client by being more careful with this condition; the "as is" one.Chris has a great personality. He also replies promptly. I really liked that about him. He is also respectful, professional and understanding. He also does very well in checking the numbers of the houses that were sold in the area to make sure that the is the list price is good enough. I felt very comfortable working with Chris. I never felt that he just wanted to rush sale. He was considerate and also advising.

Review The follow up is impeccable and availablility after busy hours was impressive. We would be out on our own looking at properties and call Chris up and he would be there within 20 minutes. We were searching for foreclosure or a good deal and received a call that this is the one. Before walking half way through the house we made the offer.
