ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Chris from a family member who had utilized Chris' services when buying their home and said he was great.We first contacted Chris saying we were trying to get an idea of home options available in and around the new city we were looking to move to. We were in the process of listing our current home in another area and wanted to know any options in case we had to move fast. We also left the understanding of we may not move if our house did not sell.Chris hopped right into action - took us to see a couple houses in the areas we were contemplating. He stated at the time we were looking that it was a hot market. When we got an offer and had a good idea our sale was going to happen we started hitting the new home buying hard. We would look at listing Chris sent as well as any others we could find on-line - a majority of the houses would have an accepted offer the day we would go look at it. We looked at 1 house several times and just were not sure - we did this for like 4 weekends in a row. In our final weekend of looking we saw 3 houses and hey just weren't quite what we were looking for so Chris says let's go back to house number one - the house you are going to buy. We went back to the first home we looked at and walked through again and ended up putting in an offer the next morning. Chris knew that was the house we were meant for. Chris was patient with our constant calls and even with our mortgage company who wanted countless paperwork. Chris knows the areas he services and just by talking to his clients gets an idea of what they truly desire in a home and tells you if it is possible to find. He and his wife Kris are great to work with they are super friendly and knowledgeable about buying a house and what to offer and all the paperwork that goes with it. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home in the Beloit/Janesville/Brodhead and surrounding areas. They are FANTASTIC!
