ZillowVERIFIEDChris Kerr is an excellent realtor and my husband and I are so fortunate to have had him recommended to us! Chris is very friendly and we instantly felt comfortable with him. This was important to us because we then did not hesitate to reach out and ask questions or discuss concerns about our purchase. One of Chriss many strengths was his availability to us during the purchasing process of our new home. He answered us right away to either talk, or to let us know when he would be available to return our call. Buying or selling a house is stressful and I cant imagine being unable to reach my realtor for answers or assurances about an issue. My husband and I moved from out-of-state and being unfamiliar with the area, we were very happy that Chris was able to recommend both an excellent attorney and mortgage company to us. We are positive that the entire purchasing process was made smoother because of the quality of Chriss recommendations and because of the working relationships he has established with them. We are very happy to highly recommend Chris Kerr as a realtor to assist in the sale or purchase of a home. We would not hesitate to work with Chris again and would look forward to another successful real estate transaction.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been in the real estate market for over 30 years as a buyer and worked with numerous agents. Chris is by far the best I have dealt with. He went above and beyond to get answers to all our questions. Also helped us with our move transition - with recommendations for cleaner. Even after the deal was closed he was still working for us, helping us to retrieve a missing key. Thank you Chris !

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was a great time. He was super helpful, laid back but still aggressive where we needed him to be as we had specific needs that we did not want to deter from. Him being based on the south shore and us looking on the north shore did not phase him at all which we sincerely appreciated. He went above and beyond from first conversations to the day we moved in and everything in between. I consider Chris a friend with the amount of time we spent together looking at houses, writing offers, etc? he definitely knows the market and has a solid grasp on what will and what won?t get you into your ideal home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started looking to buy our first home the end of Feb 2022. We loved working with Chris and his team. Chris is very knowledgeable in the real estate market and easy to work with. Chris and his team were available to us when we needed them to answer any questions we had. With Chris? help and trusting his strategy we were able to get our offer accepted with multiple offers and in this competitive market. Being first time home buyers it was very stressful, but Chris and his team were supportive, listened to our concerns and educated us. We couldn?t be happier. We will definitely be reaching out to Chris and his team when we decide to upgrade!

ZillowVERIFIED My fiance and I started looking to purchase our first home in March of 2022. With Chris and his teams help and trusting their strategy, we won our home over in a multiple offer situation and it was only the second offer we put in while searching! It was a short 2 1/2 months of looking in such a competitive market, but we put all of our trust in Chris and he never once let us down! Chris is super fun to work with, he makes everything so easy and explains things thoroughly and is super attentive. Being first time home buyers this process couldn?t have been any easier, and he educated us on the market along the way! We owe Chris and his team the BIGGEST thank you for everything they have done for us. We love our new home but we?re already looking forward to working with Chris in the future when we?re ready to upgrade!!

ZillowVERIFIED With our luck over a year ago, we met Chris at one of his open house at Pinehills. My husband and I were looking for a 2nd home as a vacation spot for our family. Chris knowledge of the neighborhoods at Pinehills and the surrounding area with his pleasant attitude won our trust. He knew we were not in a rush to buy any home and needed to be the right home. He was never pushy but periodically will check in and update us with the latest real estate status. Over a year later in December 2021, we finally found our dream home with the exact location and model we wanted. Chris jumped into action and worked with us on an offer strategy (extremely important under the current housing market). With the low inventory and the competitiveness of the market, Chris were able to secure the home for us within six hours!!! We were over the moon!!! His energy, professionalism and most of all, he is just a genuine good person that you can rely on. A person with great listening skill and understands his clients need. After over a year of working with him on finding our dream vacation home, I am glad I can call him my friend! Thank you Chris for your great work!!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was outstanding with every aspect of my home buying experience. From the start, he asked all the right questions and determined what was most important to me and then developed a targeted plan to help me find my dream home. And when we found it, his analysis and understanding of market conditions helped save me money on my offer and also resulted in instant equity via appraisal a few weeks later. Overall, the experience was excellent. If you?re buying or selling on the South Shore, do yourself a favor and let CK move you!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris was recommended to us, and it was the best decision my wife and I ever made. We were first time home buyers with a short list and a shorter budget. He was patient with us every step of the way. His experience clearly shown threw when he got us an accepted offer lower than asking price! For 5 months we kept loosing offers by other buyers going well over the listed asking price. He is a great agent and an even better person. His honest opinions is exactly what we were looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED I knew Chris would be the right man for the job. He is personable, easy to work with and his extremely strong marketing skills give him a huge advantage in the real estate business. His confident and skilled manner instantly took away all of my anxiety about selling my home. His pricing was spot on and and he negotiated all of the offers and together we made the right choice. Selling or buying a home can be very difficult but Chris made it so easy. He set a plan and we ran with it. He is well respected in the industry and I trust him completely. I couldn?t have found a better realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding the perfect home is challenging, but the process was so simple with Chris Kerr by our side. As first-time home owners, we were honestly clueless. Chris quickly understood our needs and preferences. With this, he ran the analytics in our desired towns and found us the best options in this challenging market. His relatability, great listening skills and persistence allowed us to fearlessly continue our search for our forever home. He never allowed us be discouraged and kept us on track during the entire process. Finding our perfect home during a pandemic was challenging but with Chris?s quick action and great communication, we were able to land our dream home ? in our dream neighborhood ? something we thought would never happen in this market. Within moments of an accepted offer, inspections were scheduled, the moving truck was reserved and our bank had us on speed dial. He made the process easy and fun! We can not wait to start new memories in our home and thrilled that Chris was able to share in the journey with us! Grateful Homeowners ? Krista and Ian K
