Chris's commitment to represent the seller only and not put himself in a situation where he had buyer and seller gave me confidence in his advice. I didn't feel like I had to hide any of my intentions because he was fully in our court. He was at the table to advocate for us and make sure we had the least dramatic and best overall sales experience. We felt confident in his ethics, motives and intentions.He gave clear direction and support to get us to market. Scheduled things in an orderly fashion, laid out the process so that I knew what to do when and when the house was "live" we were ready to rock. When it came to inspections etc, he gave us sound advice on what was reasonable and where we should push back. We always felt Chris was in our court and willing to champion our cause. The care about Cleveland Heights as a great place to live and raise a family. On top of that, their knowledge of how best to sell in this under-valued community was great. From supplying the name of a contractor to make cosmetic repairs to professional staging recommendations were spot on. It can be hard to take advice when it may not be your own taste, but they know what buyers want to see and listening to them made a difference. As I was not in town, they were always available to help me out when I couldn't take care of things myself.

The first house sold within 4 days with multiple offers, and he sold the second one before it was even listed. I felt that he understood my priorities (I would prefer a quick and easy sale, rather than waiting 6 months for a few thousand more dollars) and *obviously* executed amazingly. His son, Adam, also works with him and together they offer flawless communication, unmatchable expertise, and, most importantly, they get the job done.Apparently the negotiation and listing advice he has given me was correct, since both sales were completed without a hitch. I don't think there is anyone out there with a better understanding of the "temperature" of the market, what improvements to make (or not make), and when to list. In the first sale he suggested several improvements to make the house more appealing (which I completed), but on the second one he felt the time was right to move straight to listing "as is" - and clearly he was right! If you're looking for a realtor I would advise you to call a few, just so you know how much better Chris is than the rest - for my last listing I emailed and called TWICE to another agent's office, and they never even returned my call.... or you can just take my word for it, hire Chris, and live happily ever after.

He showed them what needed to be done and got the ball rolling on everything. I am 100% confident he is the reason I received offers in less than a week and was able to get top dollar house for my house in a market that was heavily saturated at the time.Not only did he help prepare my old house to be sold, but he also helped me find my new house. Saying I am a picky buyer is a huge understatement. I wanted very specific things, such as an updated interior and exterior, a large back yard for my dogs and in a specific city. Those don't seem like difficult requests, but when trying to find a house with those requirements and keeping it within my price range, it became much trickier. With that being said, Chris stepped up to the plate and hit a home run. He worked with me over a period of time and found the perfect house for me. He didn't try to push me into anything that I wasn't comfortable with and he didn't try to make me settle for just anything.
