ZillowVERIFIED Chris toured us anywhere we wanted to go and his comments were always accurate. The best aspects of using him occurred after we had an accepted offer. He handled everything along the way with patience and was able to give us several tips that helped regarding the inspection, insurance, and life in FL for snowbirds. He has saved us lots of time and money both before the sale, during, and after.

ZillowVERIFIED Our friends had used Chris to purchase a property and they were so impressed with him that they recommended us to use him.Besides having the patience of a saint and knowledge of the area, the best thing of our experience was when we were almost ready to pull out of the contract, Chris patiently laid out the qualities of the property and we decided to go ahead and purchase the property. We are grateful to Chris for his knowledge and sensible advice as the price of the properties in the area has since gone up substantially. Great job Chris!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm a former real estate professional from New York. Last summer while visiting my parents, we decided it was time to down-size. I contacted the local players and knew from his first text reply that he was the one. He had a lot of experience with buyers and sellers in Sebastian, but more importantly, his manner was very professional and there was zero pressure. He helped us make what could have been a very stressful time in their lives, and made it manageable and efficient. He was honest about what he knew and didnt know, and I found his instincts to be right on. I trusted him with my parents and he came though with both the sale of their house and the purchase of their condo. Very grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED As a VP of Sales in the hi-tech industry, I have a keen awareness of the sales skill sets that make a person successful in selling. Any rhesus monkey can gather market data, show you how many days "like" properties are on the market or under sell your property to make a quick commission. The true value of a realtor is one that can sell your $1 condo/house for $2., in other words, actually SELLS your property by highlighting all the values to a potential buyer. Chris is this kind of realtor. Not only was he aggressive with the listing price, he was smart, experienced and confident enough to make it happen. This is real value to any customer looking to sell their property.

ZillowVERIFIED I decided to make a move from Virginia to Vero Beach to hang out with my 89 year old Dad. Though I had visited him a number of times, I really had no knowledge of Vero and the surrounding areas, and where I might like to live. After contacting Chris and having a brief conversation, he set me up with a couple of searches that would provide me regular updates of listings in the area, based on criteria I had provided. This allowed me to narrow my search over time and focus on certain areas and even specific communities, and Chris was able to edit the criteria as my requirements became more defined. I NEVER felt any pressure which was a joy! When I made my trip to view properties, Chris made himself available to look at all of my choices, and worked his schedule to add in other viewings I had come up with last minute, which ultimately facilitated my purchase. Chris's knowledge of the area is extensive and I loved the fact that when I mentioned a specific community he usually had some family that lived there. That provided an extra comfort level to me. We ran into some bumps with contract negotiation that Chris quickly handled to my benefit, mitigating that stress. I ultimately ended up in Sebastian, and LOVE it. Post-contract, Chris was able to recommend a fantastic contractor to do some upgrading that I wanted to do before moving in and they did an awesome job. Overall the experience could not have been better and I would absolutely recommend Chris to any of my friends and everyone else wanting to move to the area, or just move down the street!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris worked with us for a year in a difficult development because there were very few houses there in our selling range. Chris suggested different strategies as we moved through Florida's seasons and residents present. Periodically we all would meet to discuss any changes to make depending on the activity. All of Chris' suggestions were good as far as we were concerned. He held a number of Open Houses, newspaper ads and recommended price reductions when it seemed appropriate. When we were approaching almost a year, he tried a number of things, and we had 7 customers, 2 of whom were interested and 1 of those bought our house. At that point we were very happy with everything. Chris did everything to sell our house at an acceptable price. Chris is very personable, polite, professional, honest and a good communicator.

ZillowVERIFIED We began to use Chris' services while still living in Michigan to identify potential homes to visit in anticipation of our move to Florida. Our needs were specific and very exacting and "just a nice house" would not work. Our need for boat parking, a workshop, a pool, and multiple bedrooms and office space were a bit challenging, especially when we were also operating within a specified price range. Chris presented us with lists of many potential properties, and scheduled visits for two trips from Michigan to follow up on the leads. We visited a huge number of homes and Chris never faltered when we saw a site that would not work for us... His perseverance paid off and we are now very satisfied home owners. His expertise extends well into other areas and he is a treasure trove of contacts ranging from exceptional mortgage providers to general contractors, yard maintenance folks and any other resource a new homeowner might expect to need. ABSOLUTELY the best agent around!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Chris on a Saturday evening and then again on Sunday to look into a properties, and he was there to look it up and provide me with the relevant information. When it came time to make an offer Chris was able to communicate effectively to the buyers and negotiate for my particular circumstances. Chris was there to answer my questions at the inspection and advise me with how to move forward as this was my first time buying a home. If the time for me to need a realtor again I'll be in touch with Chris.

ZillowVERIFIED Due to a death in our family, we had to arrange to sell our house in Sebastian. We live 200 miles away and could not be on-site to oversee the process. We were referred to Mr. Chris Junker, a local realtor with RE/MAX Crown Realty. Chris and his team closely evaluated the condition of the house. He quickly discovered that it required significant repairs/improvements to get it back into good condition for the next owner. Fortunately, Chris has a close working relationship with reputable local businessmen who provided the necessary repairs. Chris performed all of the on-site management of the repairs and improvements, and kept us informed of the progress. After the repairs were completed, Chris managed the process of advertising and encouraging other realtors to show our house to prospective buyers. Chris handled the sale the house and arranged for the closing to occur without us having to be present. He saved us a lot of traveling.Mr. Junker is truly a professional. I highly recommend him to any one who needs the services of a realtor.- PB
