ZillowVERIFIEDChris helped me some years ago to sell a property. By chance another deal brought us together again and he and Jennifer delivered. Chris is honest, creative, and by all means a gentleman in all aspects of buying and selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank you Chris & Jennifer for everything you did for me. I do not feel the entire process could have gone any better! They were able to sell the house in less than a month at more money than I had expected to receive. I really appreciated the feature on their website that emailed me when someone was scheduled to view the home. Plus it gave me feedback about the house from the viewer's perspective. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris & Jennifer helped me during a very traumatic time in my life. After the loss of my wife I had to sell the family home. They were with me every step of the way. They pushed (sometimes shoved) me when I needed it and were compassionate when my spirit was low. All the while remaining professional. They are a great team to have on your side. I will remain grateful forever for their help. I couldn't have done this without them. Thanks So Very MuchDoug Milbrett

ZillowVERIFIED I had a great experience as a first time home buyer. Chris and Jennifer made the process extremely clear and easy to someone that had no idea what I was getting myself into. They also set me up with a great mortgage consultant as well. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again when I'm ready to sell!

ZillowVERIFIED I used the Waters' as a Seller's Agent and they did a great job of going to bat for me. They were insightful, and pointed out numerous things I would never have thought of myself, such as a sewer cam. They helped me to negotiate the terms I wanted, and helped to ensure that the deal was done on time. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home in or around Topeka.

ZillowVERIFIED The market took a severe downturn during the time our house was listed. Fortunately, we were not in a hurry to move. Chris and Jennifer knew when we were moving into our new home, and they worked very hard to find potential buyers at that time. They were successful, and we were able to sell the house and focus on the new one!

ZillowVERIFIED Chris and Jennifer Waters are very professional and forward. They are excellent at staying in touch with you and at making time to get things done. They don't just schedule but are willing to drop what they are doing to get a client where they need to be to get the home they are wanting. They did this for me, missing a party to be at a new listing and helping us write an offer that very night, and it got us the house we wanted. They are very forward and honest about details and knowledgable about the prospects and potentials a property could offer. I would recommend them and Coldwell Banker, my family had a great, smooth experience and were very satisfied with their service.

ZillowVERIFIED Feel truly fortunate to have had Chris & Jennifer for a corporate relocation to Topeka, KS. They had great local knowledge and insight and knew everyone in town. And to top it off, they were a real pleasure to be with every step of the way. They complement each other and make a great team. We purchased a dream home with their help.
