ZillowVERIFIED Was given Chris by sheer luck. i had fired an old realtor (which i never met personally, she would send other realtor or just give me codes to the door hanger pad lock) and called coldwell and the realtor that i contacted was out of town and sent me chris for a showing. He basically showed the home that i wanted to see, and said for the price i could do much better and sent me a list of properties that was in my price range, which i dont recall seeing any of his listing on. He is honestly a realtor fkr the people.

ZillowVERIFIED If there were any words/ terms I could use to describe Chris, they would sound like "impeccable work ethic", "tenacious", "kind", and "patient". Chris had a challenge with us, we hired him to sell a 21 year old manufactured home with 6 bedrooms, in the dead of the winter. He coached us through the several renovation decisions needed to make the property more show worthy, and he was very encouraging through that challenging process. He's definitely not afraid to work nights and weekends, as he even did at 8 pm showing once for us. No question is ever too weird for him, often I just needed to be reassured, so I bounced some pretty strange stuff off him, and he was great about it. We had our moments of joy, and of frustration; and he celebrated with us through the wins and was silent and let us vent through the losses and through the agonizing waiting periods. Even now that the house has sold and we're into our new home, he's STILL answering questions and working for us to get things all ironed out. HE EVEN TOOK CALLS DURING MEMORIAL DAY!! Chris is a good man, a solid realtor, and even more so now, a good friend. Through our entire process he helped three families either sell their home, or buy the home of their dreams. I would recommend him to anyone! Oh, and by the way, in the event that your sales transaction DOES get a little bumpy, and you lose your cool with him, he buys your pregnant and hormonal wife chocolates #smartman #RealtorOfTheYear
