Chris recently helped me close on a house with 2 other bidders, with 21 days to close and find creative financing options to allow rental of my condo. I now own a new house and have a rental property all with the same expenses! Chris also took the time to talk about the market and showed us many houses. Once we decided, he was very responsive during the quick close on the new house. He found solutions to lending and inspection obstacles by setting up conference calls with his property management and lending team. I highly recommend Chris!
