Not only is he knowledgeable about what he does, he is also just a super nice guy and we are so glad we met him. We still call him when we need advise on who to use for repairs and he is always there for us. I just cant say enough nice things about Chris.

ZillowVERIFIED Amazing he is there for you through it all. I would recommend him to anyone he goes above and beyond for you. I was the crazy buyer finding homes and wanted to see them right now. But I would call him and he would get me in. He went into my crawl space with my boyfriend to see if it was,ok. What relators do that. Thank you for everything Chris you are amazing.

ZillowVERIFIED I work with Chris wife and when I told her Mike and I were thinking of buying a house she referred me to Chris. He is so great to work with! He was patient and easy going. He is very easy to talk to and really listened to our needs. He made the process as simple as possible. Because he builds new homes and does remodeling I felt like we had an inside track in regards to the shape of some of the homes we viewed. He understands how a home goes together. I have recommended him to friends and family. I would contact him if we ever decide to sell/buy another home. My friend is currently in the closing process with Chris and my father in law has used him for building projects. Both are very happy with his performance!

ZillowVERIFIED From the start my experience with Chris was a great one! He helped me with the purchase my first home. Chris is very knowledgeable and his experience shows with his dedication to his clients. We looked at many houses during this process and Chris was very helpful in this aspect--we would see multiple houses in one day if possible. Chris was always available to answer any questions I had since I was a first time home buyer and really had no clue what to expect. Once an offer was submitted, Chris kept in close contact with me and the selling realtor which was comforting. I would recommend Chris to any of my friends or family.
