He was prepared from the get-go. He had charts and comparisons from a year ago to show trends. Again, he knows the market. 3. He is a people person! Although he said they were on 900+ websites, he doesn't just sit back and hope they generate the traffic. He said he spends time every morning making phone calls and connections to bring in the business, and we believe it. 4. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, both residential and commercial and is very honest in his dealings. If he doesn't know the answer he finds the answer and he won't say he knows if he doesn't. He is good on both the selling side and the buying side - I have done both with him, and he will be honest in his assessment of the value of a property. He doesn't inflate the value of a property just to get the listing. I highly recommend him!

My wife and I were looking specifically for a home located in the country, which added considerable effort to our search. Several other realtors weren't up to the task, but no problem for Chris! We spent an entire day touring the countryside and had a great time doing it. When we finally found our "goldilocks" far enough from St. Cloud to have that rural feel but close enough for a reasonable commute we were thrilled! Little did we know it was only the beginning of our real estate saga. The home was terrific however there were "red tape" issues on the seller's end. It took several months of daily communication between us and the various realtors, bankers, title companies, government administrators, and the seller to work it all out. However, incredible room for improvement in the service to the client. His presale and post sale team structure was confusing. Quality of presale (pictures, how listing appeared on various websites, etc) and post sale (accurate delivery of information to the right seller) should be more consistent, polished and tested. After offer acceptance, Chris stepped out of the transaction entirely and never attended closing.
