ZillowVERIFIED On the Harcourt Team, Rashell came through like a champ. The process of buying a home today is challenging and albeit fast tracked for busy people like myself trying to balance day to day and get through the motions. Its critical to find a realtor who exhibits patience and knowledge about the home buying process but most importantly provides excellent therapy! Thankfully the therapy didnt cost extra. So if youre looking for a partner to help take on one of lifes biggest decisions, I would highly recommend Rashell and the rest of the Harcourt Team.

ZillowVERIFIED We cannot say enough about the level of service and the satisfaction we received from Chris Harcourt. We lost our little brother in April and we went to work on his estate in the following weeks. We live two and half hours away adding to the difficulty of preparing and then selling the home. Chris made every part of the real estate transaction seamless and smooth; he kept us informed at every step, was diligent and thorough in explaining the process and made our family quickly realize we were in good hands.

I was more than pleased with him and would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. He was even able to arrange for the closings on both houses to be on the same day

ZillowVERIFIED Bottom line is we're happy and were happy throughout the process. We had been looking and finding nothing. This house popped up so we sent a message through zillow. It was literally shocking how fast he responded and scheduled a showing. If I remember right it was an hour +/- a little. During the showing he was ready to answer any questions and there was literally no pressure at any time. Chris's patience is top notch. Negotiations were pretty simple for the most part but once we sent something to him we had a reply within minutes, absolutely amazing. His recommendations on loan officers, inspections worked out great. During closing it was smooth, easy and honestly it was a good time.

ZillowVERIFIED This guy worked around our crazy schedule, was always able to make himself available when we needed him, and got us gifts after selling our house and after closing on our new house. He was always so patient and informative even though things were a hot mess because of the pandemic. He sat in the car and babysat my kids so I could go in to see my dream house since the home owners didnt allow children in for the showing. He also dropped all of his plans on our closing day and brought his truck and trailer over to help load up a barnful of our junk to take to the dump 5 hours before we were supposed to close on our house. If youre looking for a realtor, HES THE BEST! You wont regret it!!!
