ZillowVERIFIED We had been casually looking at potential homes for our growing family over the past two years. Chris was so patient with us with every appointment request & multiple showings these past few years. Our casual perusing turned into finding the perfect house way sooner than we expected. He quickly put us in contact with someone to pre-approve us at 10pm so we could put in an offer first thing in the morning. The offer was accepted and from there, he led us through all the steps required to keep the process going. At the same time, he prepped us to sell our house in a matter of days. He had a plan & we executed it flawlessly. We went under contract the day after our open house (which had 150+ potential buyers!!) A special shout out to his quick reaction when I called him frantic after finding tree nuts all over after the open house. Our 17 month baby is highly allergic to tree nuts so I was beyond nervous she'd find a crumb & eat it. As my husband and I turbo cleaned/disinfected every surface in the house, he and his team tried to identify the person to find out what they may have touched - an impossible ask after 150 people just went through the house. Although we couldn't find out anything, I knew he had pulled out all his resources to help put my mind at ease. He's provided wonderful contacts for painting, moving, radon mitigation, you name it - he had a guy! We loved working with him & highly recommend him and his team.

ZillowVERIFIED Chris is THE BEST! I met him in 2017 when I was pregnant and rushing to find a home. He was so nice and patient with me. I decided not to go through with the deal because I felt as if I was going to make a decision based off just needing a home right away for the baby. He was perfectly fine with that and understood it totally. Fast forward to March 2019. I was looking to find another rental and it dawned on me why rent when I am in a perfect position to buy and itll be cheaper and smarter. I am a member of the navy federal credit union (which they say you get great rates) but I did not care for their customer service. Maybe it was that person but i felt rushed and did not feel like it would work. I then thought of Chris and contacted him right away. I found the home online on Monday March 4, called Chris he scheduled for us to see it Tuesday March 5 by Wednesday March 6 my offer was accepted. I love Chris and his team that he has in place. Everything was perfect. I did not have one headache during the buying process, smooth sailing!!! Hes available at any time I contact him with any questions. I would totally recommend him any day. Happy to say I closed yesterday 4/11/19( I know right, FAST!!!) I have no regrets and I'm so happy with my new home purchase. Thank you Chris!!!!

As a first time homebuyer and relatively new in the country, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best process/people to involve. ZillowVERIFIED Chris was wonderful to work with!! After a poor experience with another agent, Chris was a breath of fresh air. We worked with another agent for over 6 months and felt like we were getting no where. After working with Chris for just 6 DAYS we had seen multiple houses, made an offer, and had the seller accept. 18 days after that, we had keys in hand!!! Chris was incredibly responsive every time we had a question and did a great job of walking us through the process. As first time home buyers, this really helped to put our minds at ease. The first time we sat down with Chris he went over with us, in detail, how the process would work and made us aware of things that, up until that point, we hadn't known about. He brought great references to the table for mortgage options, inspections, etc., but never pushed us to use anyone he recommended. He was also great about working around our schedule, got us back in to see the house, on Labor Day, one last time before we made our final offer, and was in constant communication with us over the course of his entire holiday weekend. He was great to work with through the entire process and even continued to make sure every 'i' was dotted and 't' was crossed even after we closed. When touring houses, Chris was quick to point out both positive and negative features of houses, drawing from many of his personal home-buying experiences. When we weren't touring houses, we never felt pressured to be looking for another house to tour. Chris was not trying to get us to buy and home quickly, but wanted to help us look for a home that we would be satisfied with for years to come. When we finally did decide on a house, Chris made sure to put our offer in immediately and worked quickly to make sure that we had all the documents available for us to sign as soon as possible. All the documents were made available online for electronic signature meaning my wife and I could sign the papers from work or at home at our convenience. Chris guided us every step of the way, doing the heavy lifting on the paperwork and making sure our home-buying experience was an enjoyable one.
