He did a stellar job negotiating the sale of our home, not only did it go under contract in 12 hours of going on the market we got $1,000.00 above our asking price in the slowest time of year to sell. On the purchase of our new home, he got our contract (with a loan and a contingency to sell our current home) accepted over 5 other offers (2 of which were cash deals).
