I started to look for houses during the winter time, probably not the best season for house hunting. The first time we meet the snow was terrible but he meet me at the agreed place had all the required paperwork and background on the property, he really does his homework.We communicated mainly through SMS as my working agenda is complicated and I travel every week for work.
