Chris has a wealth of information which he readily shared. He was gracious with his time answering many questions and left behind printed material that reinforced key points he made during our conversation. He frequently texted and called letting me know what was going on and additional things that I may wish to put into play. The outcome was the desired result, home sold quickly. A big thank you to the photographer, the copywriting service, and post production, that gave the prospective buyer a stunning visual about my home. If you're debating whether to have Chris represent you the hunt is over. You will have a winner on your side.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He was on top of things, texting and calling us with updates before I had to even ask. He explained everything to us every step of the way. The listing for our house was excellent, providing some very nice pictures. We were ultimately able to sell our home for the asking price in a relatively short amount of time. Because we moved out of state before the sale went through, Chris assisted us in finding a repairman to make a few corrections to our home so it would meet the requirements of the buyer's bank. I don't know too many realtors that would do such a thing. If you are looking for a great realtor, Chris is the one you should contact!
