Keller Williams provided a stager who came in and advised where I could improve the interior of my home of which I took full advantage and then they produced a video of my home that was absolutely wonderful. From the start, Nick was responsive and professional. Since my home in Florida was already under contract, I was in a bit of a time crunch to find a new place. Nick and I first spoke over the phone to discuss my budget and what I was looking for in a home. When we finally met in person, Nick had a number of options for me to look at and I was able to find my new home in a day. I decided on a new build and he was with me every step of the way from signing the contract, through the seven months of building and was with me the day of closing. My family recently worked with realtor Shaun Livernois, a partner at Chris Edwards Group Realty in the purchase of a home in the Wake County, NC market. First off, if you are purchasing in this current market, do yourself a favor and us a realtor with their finger on the pulse of that market. Shaun is at the tip-top of the the buyers game. He provided real-time industry knowledge of current trends and buying practices. My family and I are believers that he is the only reason we were able to buy in this current market. Another great reason for going with Shaun; responsiveness! There was not a single text, email or phone call that was not answered or returned almost immediately. I honestly believe that if all lines of communication were down, he would send a homing pigeon with a response before he would not answer. Finally, I get to one of, if not the, most important parts of a realtor experience...personality. Look, lets be honest, buying a home can be a little scary or stressful; you want someone who can empathize with you and make you comfortable that you are making good decisions. Shaun gave us guidance and advice as if we were his own family. He made us feel that he was truly looking out for our best interest, not the interest of a buyer's commission. Chris was very patient, never pushy or hard sell. There is an old saying, 'he has the patience of Job' well, that's Chris!Since my granddaughter, who lives here, was very involved, he had different concerns from both ends of the country to deal with and always adapted his schedule for conference calls to suit out time differences. When we purchased our home 4 years ago, he was very patient with us and gave us plenty of area knowledge without trying to persuade us one way or the other. The house we bought had multiple offers and the seller told us that how Chris handled the negotiations was the reason we got the house (our offer wasn't the best one they received). He helped secure contractors for us as we did a lot of renovations and maintained contact through the 4 years we lived there. When it was time for us to move, he provided great professional insight into how to maximize our sale. It was a little trickier as it was a corporate relocation, but Chris took as much stress out of the process as he could. We ended up having 10+ showings that first weekend, multiple offers and closed over list price. Chris again was patience and insightful with helping us navigate through the process.
