Hiring Chris as our realtor to sell our house was the best decision we made. He is very focused on delivering what he said he would do. He is a text or a phone away always. He goes above and beyond to get the task done ( steady stream of social media advertising, running to Walgreens for new batteries for the remote control just prior to the final walk through). He gives honest opinion and suggestions to make our house more marketable. If we have to do it all over again, we will hire Chris in a heart beat.
