His response time to our questions and needs (like when we found a house we wanted to see, we were usually in the door within a day) was remarkable. I truly felt like we were his only clients even though I know we were not :-) His attention to you as a client is one of his best qualities. He also doesn't ooh and ahh over every single home just trying to get you to close the deal. He always gave us his honest opinion and we soon learned that if he didn't feel a house would be a good investment, he would tell us....immediately. :-) Chris found us a home with a view I never thought in a million years we could afford. We felt comfortable moving forward with our purchase because after seeing that Chris is not easily impressed with many homes, his reaction to the house we ended up buying was like a 180 from all the others. He has the knowledge and skills and goes above and beyond the call of duty in every aspect. He calls back when he says he will, he is on top of things, his communication skills are excellent. It doesn't matter if it's Christmas Eve, 4th of July or Sunday night, if there is an issue he will be available. I have referred my parents and will refer others as well. ZillowVERIFIED Chris is an amazing realtor, and I plan on referring all of my friends and family to him whenever they are in the market. I say that because he was truly a realtor that looked out for our best interest, and not his own. When we decided on a few houses to look at, he was flexible and accommodated our busy schedule. He also pointed out a lot of issues with some of the houses that we would have never thought to look out for. He could have easily sold us a house at the top end of our budget, but instead he made sure the house we ended up with was a solid investment. Unlike other realtors that my friends have experienced in the past, Chris was not a pushy-salesman type of realtor. The house we eventually bought was below our budget, and perfect for me and my wife. After hearing from friends about how exhausting it was to buy a home, we were very surprised at how easy our experience was, and it's all thanks to Chris. He is very tech-savvy, and has a lot of experience in the industry. Since we were looking to buy our first home, he educated us on the process, and helped us through every step of the way. Even after we closed on our new home, he still helps us out from time to time. I can't believe how lucky we truly were to have him as our realtor. I am very happy with the price he was able to get for my house. I was so impressed when I saw the video on-line when he put my house on the market and I had a contract in just 4 days. Chris was always available to answer any questions I had. It took me a long time to decide on a house to buy and Chris was always willing to show me houses and even go back to a house if I wanted.

He worked with our busy schedules and was always available. Once we were in escrow Chris continued to help us with his contacts to obtain all the inspections needed.
