I was an out of town seller so, Chris ended up taking care of a lot of issues for me where I think any other agent would have fired me as a client. My property sale came with numerous obstacles created by disgruntled, uncooperative tenants, a title issue requiring mini probate delaying everything, a horrifically bad appraisal requiring a re-do, and last but not least, flooding in the two weeks prior to the close of escrow. Chris navigated all of it without complaint and facilitated many of the solutions to these problems and having to interact with property managers, appraisers, contractors and yes, the feisty tenant. He was always honest, patient, communicative and most of all, reassuring when I was about to blow a cork. Chris has many contacts and strong local knowledge all of which, were tapped into to assist in this sale. ZillowVERIFIEDChris is an awesome agent. I moved 800 plus miles to my new home in Eureka. I had contacted a couple of other agents but they gave the impression I wasn't really a buyer. Well Chris knew I was. His first call to me off of my inquiry on Trulia was within 45 minutes of me emailing him. He spent over an hour with me on the phone and started to educate me on the area. In two months I came up from Temecula and he spent several long days with us, showing us homes and areas. We put an offer in on one home, but it didn't work out. He didn't give up on me and we went that very afternoon to review one of the homes we had considered. The offer was sent in and the next day I was in escrow and preceded with the home inspections. in less than 30 days I closed escrow. Chris never ever pressured us to buy in any way. Had more patience than you could imagine and really went out of the way for us. He was beyond the call of duty when it came to doing things to help me out, as I was back in So Cal.
