Unlike Carson City, Reno, etc., small rural communities like Smith don't offer a deep pool of comps to base a properties value upon. Chris is in-tune with these unique markets and managed to shake all the trees and rattle every cage necessary to get the deal done in less than 4-months. Which, considering the location and the condition of the property, was nothing short of a miracle. Call him, set him to task, and let him do his thing - you'll not be disappointed.

Review We purchased our home in the Carson Valley, Nevada area through Chris at Intero. Chris was the listing agent. I phoned him and set up an appointment to view the home the following day. We met him at the property at the at discussed time and we were greeted with an handshake and felt very welcomed. His knowledge of the property and expertise of the area was evident with the viewing. We were treated with kindness. Chris took the time to show us the full property and answered every question. We answered with confident knowledge. We left the property with after the viewing with and after a brief discussion amongst ourselves, we called Chris with an offer. Chris was our chosen representative, and he also represented the buyer. He was very fair and with the negotiations and helped us tremendously through the process. He explained the process thoroughly with every step that was necessary to close on the home. He was very professional, prompt, honest, timely, and courteous. We felt very important through the transaction process and are grateful that he was our representative. Review Chris is a top notch realtor and person. We had reached out some time ago to look at one of his listings and immediately connected with him. That was the first time we met him and he is a very down to earth and honest guy. So naturally, when we found a house listed for sale that fit our needs, he was our first call. He was able to help us put in an offer quickly that was accepted and talked us through each and every communication he had with the listing agent and title company. Which is a rare find in a realtor. There are many realtors out here in the valley to choose from but my personal opinion is that Chris Griffith is the only one to choose.

Review Service has a name, and its spelled CP! It can be hard to find good service these days. But occasionally you come across someone that loves what they do so much that they make what could be a stressful experience, one of delight and joy! I have worked with many real estate agents over the years, and few match the dedication, personality, and knowledge that Chris has. Working with him is not to just form a business relationship, but a personal one where he is interested in helping you find the right home for you and your family. I wish I could say that all his clients will be invited to his next Super Bowl party, but its just not feasible. For one, he has way too many clients. Its astonishing that he has the time to help them all, but as I said before, this man has dedication. And two, I highly doubt most of his clients are as charming and fun as I amaEUR| You will also be hard pressed to find anyone who knows and cares about the Carson Valley as much as Chris. He was raised here, left to further his education and gain life experience.
